Priory House Restaurant

Benburb County Tyrone

Head Chef Sean Farnan began his career almost fifteen years ago at Larry’s Piano Bar in Belfast. Along with his wife Ramune, a native of Lithuania who moved to Ireland eight years ago, they bring a vast repertoire of culinary skills and experience to Priory House Restaurant. From their award winning apple tart to the exquisite butter poached west of Ireland lobster, sourcing local produce is key to their exciting menu. Head Chef Sean adapts the menu regularly, responding to seasonal fresh produce direct from the fishmonger and butcher, to fruit and vegetables from the green grocer.
The Restaurant can seat up to 68 guests or you can book one of our intimate dining rooms for a private party of up to 28 people.
